1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zo777 ("zo777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the zo777 website at zo777.onl and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot machines, and payment processing services.

zo777 operates under a valid international gaming licence and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements governing online gaming operations. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes and is provided to eligible players on the terms set out herein.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the zo777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. By completing the zo777 registration process or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the current version of these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a zo777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. zo777 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of zo777 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute or regulation.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of zo777 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a member of the immediate family of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from zo777 or have had an account terminated for cause.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. zo777 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided and to request supporting documentation. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the zo777 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zo777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activities.

If you suspect that your zo777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zo777 support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms. zo777 will investigate such reports promptly but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

zo777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The account holder is found or reasonably suspected to be in breach of these Terms.
• The account holder is found or reasonably suspected to have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• The account holder fails to complete identity verification when requested.
• Regulatory obligations require zo777 to do so.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

zo777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are specified within the account banking section and are subject to change at zo777's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. zo777 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be held pending investigation and returned to the originating payment method without liability to zo777.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification checks prior to withdrawal processing.
• Any active bonus funds must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available verified balance.
• zo777 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal.

zo777 aims to process approved JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are targets and zo777 cannot guarantee them in all circumstances, including during periods of heightened system load such as major PSL or cricket match events.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

zo777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of any promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all zo777 bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirements are set out in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Cricket betting and sports betting may contribute differently to wagering requirements than casino games. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
• zo777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Players who abuse bonus offers, including through systematic exploitation of wagering requirements using low-risk betting strategies, may have their bonus cancelled and winnings voided.
• A maximum of one promotional bonus may be active on a zo777 account at any one time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the zo777 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players accept the odds or game parameters presented at the time of placing the bet or entering the game. zo777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in cases of manifest error, technical malfunction, or where zo777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome has been influenced by fraudulent activity.

In relation to cricket and sports betting specifically:

• All bets are settled in accordance with zo777's official sports betting rules, which are published on the platform and may be updated periodically.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event without notice, including during PSL matches, international cricket fixtures, and UFC events.
• zo777 relies on official scorecards and match results from recognised governing bodies for settlement purposes. Where results are disputed by the relevant governing body, settlement may be delayed pending resolution.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets. These limits may vary by event, market type, and player tier and are set at zo777's sole discretion.

In relation to casino games:

• All casino game outcomes on zo777 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game.
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, the affected round is deemed void and any wager placed is returned to the player's account.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification prior to payment.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zo777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to open an account in violation of these Terms.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to mask your true location in order to access zo777 from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Charging back or otherwise reversing any deposit after using the deposited funds for wagering.
• Engaging in any conduct that zo777 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward platform staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

zo777 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, and zo777 provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all zo777 account holders and can be accessed directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the zo777 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game titles, game content, visual interface elements, text, and audio content, is the exclusive intellectual property of zo777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zo777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the zo777 platform without the prior written consent of zo777.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zo777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the zo777 platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

zo777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zo777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. zo777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events outside zo777's reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

zo777 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at zo777.onl/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zo777 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted to and from the platform. zo777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

zo777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, zo777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the zo777 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the zo777 platform and request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zo777 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes shall first be referred to zo777's internal complaints resolution process.

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding the zo777 platform, please contact zo777 support in writing. zo777 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with zo777's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures of that authority.
